Richard talked to the members of his difficulty making different types of glass work together explaining his triumphs and also his failures. He then handed over to the Young pretender Kayleigh Young who praised Richard for expanding her knowledge, and hopes she can fill his shoes when he retires later in the year

After a fraught journey and a hurried meal. Melissa gave a flawless and detailed description of her work backed up with a show of slides and samples of her work.
As a tribute some 25 pieces from members were on display.

Michael gave a talk of his very varied experience over many years, how his love of Moths and Orchids feature so predominately in his work, this was backed up with a show of slides demonstrating his style of work and skill.

Saturday 1st December 2018.
A pantomime, Cinderella was held, the cast being members of the committee. It had the members rolling in their seats.
On the previous evening a pub themed fancy dress was held members and committee members did their very best (no names will be mentioned to protect the innocent).
